Base crit chance on a berserk weapon

I propose to raise the base chance of critical damage on all non-standard berserk weapons to 35% (every third hit).
Standard katana and chainsaw weapons have a 100% chance to crit to the head so they look more attractive, but have less damage.

Hi, I propose to remake the bonus run Akimbo perk:
If health drops below 50%, perk gains existing running bonuses, but only for 17-20 seconds.
